enochliew: Welsh Assembly by Richard Rogers Someone once said that architecture is, above all else, about politics. This project wasted extraordinary, unnecessary degree of time, energy and money in the long process leading up to its construction. Sad truth is the government can be a big hindrance to good architecture.
